We’ve curated holistic spaces to fuel your business and education, nurture your mental and physical health, and spark genuine connections through vibrant networking and activations.

PAST EVENTS

Mind, Body, and Latina Soul was the one-day event for Latinas to connect, commune, share, and build community. Physical health and mental wellness are the centerpiece of our event as we create a safe space for our Amigas to relax, reflect, and build themselves and each other up, together.

The Latinas in Education Summit was an exciting program full of networking opportunities, learning, and empowering conversations created to connect students, parents, educators, and aspiring learners in a one-day event where overcoming education challenges is the primary focus. This event sought to build solutions to help more students achieve their education goals.

This one-day conference in Houston features keynotes, expert panels, and one-on one charla conversations with business leaders. Developed with direct input from the community, the event unites hundreds of Latina business owners and the broader Houston business sector with one of the fastest-growing small business sectors in the U.S.

Entrepreneurship

We support Latina and BIPOC entrepreneurs—from emerging founders to CEOs—with actionable tools, mentorship, and visibility. Our annual Latina Conference connects hundreds of leaders through panels and workshops uniquely curated for our community.

EDUCATION

We create spaces for learners of all ages. Through the Dream Builders Program and our conference, we empower students, parents, and educators to overcome barriers and unlock their full potential.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

We offer culturally grounded programming dedicated to healing, self-care, and connection, specifically designed to support the mental and physical balance of our community.

Pay Equity

We advocate to close the wage gap. By bringing visibility to income disparities, we equip our community with the tools needed for negotiation, leadership, and advancement.

dream builders

Through our Dream Builders we are working in-schools to support the next generation of leaders in our communities. We bring valuable resources, mentorship opportunities, and real-world networking experiences to high-school-aged students at their schools by working with educators and school leadership.

Our vision through the Dream Builders is to create a springboard of support for these young adults to count on now and in the future as they prepare to and pursue their education and career goals – whatever path they choose.

We meet with students at least every month during the school year to provide financial literacy, health and wellness, and other resources; to bring community leaders and mentors to connect with them; and we host events with Dream Builders participants and local leaders to hone their networking and soft skills.
